Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisitin Partner to join our team at TASI Measurement. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and support the recruitment efforts across multiple manufacturing and engineering business units. This individual will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for a broad range of roles—including hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, engineering, and corporate positions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting experience in the manufacturing industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at building strong relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Work with HR Business Partner to design and implement the talent acquisition strategy, develop processes, create how-to’s, SOPs, and training for the HR team and hiring managers. Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) for a wide variety of positions across TASI Measurement’s business units (including manufacturing, technical, engineering, and corporate roles). Works closely with HR partners and hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies and understand the business needs. Source, screen, and present qualified candidates and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience (timely communication and follow up). Leverage job boards, social, professional networks to build talent pipelines for critical roles through proactive sourcing and networking. Help develop our campus recruiting efforts for all businesses. Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes. Contribute to recruitment marketing efforts, including creating engaging job postings and leverage social media to enhance employer branding. Assist HR Business Partners with pre-hire assessments, making offers, launching background screenings, pre-hire onboarding tasks and documentation (as appropriate), and technology provisioning tasks. Collaborate with HR partners to support workforce planning and hiring forecasts. Stay up to date with compliance and employment laws and internal hiring policies across states and countries as needed. Take on additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned or needed. Travel up to 10-15% to hiring events and universities, or as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
5+ years of recruiting experience. Experience in recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or engineering roles is highly preferred. Proficient in using HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes – UKG Pro a big plus . Prior experience supporting the creation and/or implementation of new TA processes and structure, and leveraging automation to improve efficiency. Proven success recruiting for diverse position types (senior leadership, hourly, salaried, technical, engineering, and corporate). You have success managing complex recruitment processes across multiple locations: multi-site and multi-state recruitment; global experience a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to “read the room” and operate with a level of discretion and professionalism and adapts well in different/diverse environments. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Working Conditions:
Physical Demand(s): Can lift up to 15lbs, sitting and stand for reasonable periods of time for work and travel Ability to look at a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
