As a talent acquisition specialist, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle which includes sourcing, job posting, resume review, screening, interviewing, and hiring. We’re currently searching for a standout Recruiter to join our amazing Talent Acquisition team. Duties/Responsibilities:

Consults with internal hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s). Collects and analyzes data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process. Uses ATS pipeline, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sources to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions. Screen candidates select qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase and then connect viable candidates with hiring managers. Checks candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds. Advises candidates on the interview and hiring process. Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities. Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations. Conduct phone, face-to-face, and Teams video interviews with candidates. Oversees the administration of assessments/tests, test procedures, and gathers background and reference checks. Mining and engaging in professional and social networks, viral networks, and new groups such as blogs, newsgroups, listservs, weblogs, etc. Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required. At least 5 years of experience in sourcing talent using the Internet, including advanced search strings, power searching, and deep research. Experience recruiting/sourcing for sales, contact center telesales, and marketing agency roles. Experience with high-volume recruiting. Experience with targeted networking, including a demonstrated ability to leverage blogs and chat rooms to find the right information quickly. Strong Internet savvy, including knowledge of where to look and how to leverage the nuances of different job boards and search engines. A proven ability to develop and execute a sourcing strategy to find resumes and generate names, including experience with Advanced Boolean Internet searching and Power searching. Experience and understanding of working in a high-growth environment. Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing, tracking details, and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all organizational levels in the business community. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews. Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines. Solid business acumen and the ability to work independently Solid research, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to handle multiple projects and a high volume of work with ever-changing priorities.
