• Responsibilities:

• + Responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the national sourcing efforts to develop a robust pipeline of talent for assigned service lines + Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and hiring leaders to understand position requirements and establish effective sourcing initiatives.

+ An effective Talent Sourcing Recruiter can perform research for Critical, Difficult, Visible positions, apply creative search and engagement techniques, as well as assess candidate qualifications via screening.. + Focuses on PASSIVE prospects; people who have not applied or have been recently engaged by a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a position Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled

• Experience & Education:
