Responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the national sourcing efforts to develop a robust pipeline of talent for assigned service lines Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and hiring leaders to understand position requirements and establish effective sourcing initiatives. An effective Talent Sourcing Recruiter can perform research for Critical, Difficult, Visible positions, apply creative search and engagement techniques, as well as assess candidate qualifications via screening..
