We provide services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Developmental Disorder, Conduct Disorder, etc. We provide in-home, school/daycare-based Behavior Therapy covering the following counties: Collier, Hendry, Lee, Glades, Charlotte, Sarasota, St Lucie, and Hillsborough. Our agency is currently looking for a staffing specialist who can provide excellent customer service to caregivers and therapists. The position comes with a high degree of organization, customer service, flexibility, and self-management skills. We are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate about helping kids with therapies, to join our growing team and grow with us! Responsibilities and Duties Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and therapists, ensuring a positive experience and timely support Staff and re-staff new and existing client cases by coordinating therapist assignments based on client needs Answer incoming telephone calls, screen and direct them appropriately Greet and assist visitors entering the agency in a welcoming and professional manner Clearly explain agency processes and respond to inquiries from clients, staff, and visitors Support team operations by completing assigned tasks and collaborating with colleagues as needed Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling Organize, maintain, and update digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance Maintain virtual documents and update records as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness HR, Onboarding & Credentialing Duties Assist in the recruitment and hiring process by posting job listings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews Facilitate the onboarding of new therapists by preparing welcome packets, collecting documentation, and providing orientation support Ensure all credentialing documents (licenses, certifications, background checks, liability insurance, etc.) are collected, verified, and maintained in compliance with agency and regulatory standards Track expiration dates of credentials and follow up with staff to obtain renewals in a timely manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee credentials in digital filing systems and credentialing databases Coordinate with insurance companies or third-party credentialing services as needed to ensure therapist eligibility Communicate credentialing requirements and updates clearly to new and current staff Ensure HR policies and procedures related to hiring, onboarding, and credentialing are followed consistently
