We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with Manufacturing Experience to join our team. This role is pivotal in sourcing candidates through various channels, collaborating with Human Resource Generalists to schedule interviews and complete selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the Recruiter will drive long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. This is an on-site position based at our Mulberry corporate office and requires daily in-person attendance. Relocation assistance is not available. Coordinate with Human Resource Generalists and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria. Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their resumes, CVs, portfolios, and references. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline. Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Ensure recruitment and classification compliance on all applicant analysis; counseling and advising in the areas of staff classification and equity and EEO/AA considerations; reviewing and analyzing job descriptions to determine classification and FLSA (Fair Labor Standard Act) status. Review and make recommendations to update job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. Support employer recruiting branding initiatives. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and various agencies at all levels of the organization. Support and collaborate with the HR team on projects and initiatives. Track and report Recruiting KPIs which include, but not limited to, time to hire, candidate sourcing, and recruiting pipeline. Assist with recruiting budget development and monitoring. Keep up-to-date with the latest Talent Acquisition and HR trends and best practices. Comply with company policies and procedures. Full-Time Progen employees are eligible for benefits per company policy and handbook. After 60 days of employment (effective the 1st of the following month), Progen pays 75% of eligible employee’s health insurance premium, and 100% employee Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability and Life/AD&D insurance premiums. Long Term Disability and dependent coverages are available at employee’s cost. Full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay upon hire. PTO awarded after 6 months of employment.
