HR Recruiter Position Available In Sarasota, Florida

Description MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish HYBRID Opportunity We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with hiring managers, leverage various sourcing strategies, and contribute to the organization’s workforce development.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates using databases, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Design and post compelling job descriptions tailored to attract applicants with relevant experience.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts to fill open roles efficiently and effectively.
• Review resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by managing hiring paperwork and monitoring new employee integration.
• Research job market trends and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Advocate for employees by addressing concerns and supporting their growth and development. Requirements
• Proficiency in Paycom and other HR-related systems.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong knowledge of background checks and benefit functions.
• Skilled in sourcing candidates through platforms such as CareerBuilder and social media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
• Familiarity with employment laws and legislation.
• Proven experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
