Adecco of Sarasota is looking to add to our team. We are lookingfor a staffing recruiter with 1-3 years of experience. The rightcandidate will be comfortable working in a fast paceenvironment,have an ability to work on their own, and enjoy helpingpeople. Seeking candidates who develop creative recruiting strategies toattract qualified candidates to meet customer demands, creating anetwork of candidates and maintains an internal database of allqualified candidates, while leveraging resources to recruit thehighest caliber candidates through online social networking and jobboards, community involvement, professional networking, and localmedia resources. Analyze candidates found through prescreening activities andevaluates skills and experience to determine match to inventoryneeds, both hard and soft skills through a combination ofbehavioral interviews and competency based evaluations. Scheduleinterviews for prescreened candidates prioritizing based on currentbranch needs. Facilitate interviews with candidate both pre and post clientinterviews. Offer assignment extension, including compensation andbill rate negotiation. Coach associates on enhancement of skillsfor career development and leverages internal training anddevelopment tools. Process Adecco specific on-boarding process, includingclient-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations,documents, screening and testing. Participate in daily requisition meetings, prioritizing openorders, and allocation of recruiting resources. Consult with hiring managers to better understand clients needs,maximizes level of service, and encourages relationshipbuilding. Maintain updates thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation ofall client, candidate, and temporary employee interactions viafront office system and filing system.
