Role:

The overall objective and purpose of the Recruiter at Hotel Staffing Solutions is to manage the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent for various hotel and hospitality roles. This position will support the staffing needs of our client hotels by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in positions that align with their skills. The Recruiter will be a key partner in ensuring the quality and consistency of staffing solutions, meeting client expectations, and enhancing the reputation of Hotel Staffing Solutions as a trusted provider of exceptional hospitality talent. The incumbent will work to streamline recruitment processes while maintaining a positive candidate experience and aligning with the company’s values and mission.

Areas of Responsibility:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for client hotel staffing needs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles Partner with hotel clients to identify staffing needs and define clear job requirements for each position Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hotel roles Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers Coordinate and schedule interviews for both clients and candidates Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all candidate communications, statuses, and notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support clients in creating compelling job descriptions to attract top talent Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process Collaborate with the client management team to improve the recruitment process and develop solutions to meet hotel staffing challenges Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and provide regular updates to clients Maintain knowledge of local labor markets and industry trends to stay ahead of staffing needs and competitive challenges Attend career fairs, industry events, and other recruitment-related activities to promote Hotel Staffing Solutions as an employer of choice Assist with on-boarding new hires to ensure they are smoothly integrated into their new roles Perform other duties as required to support the recruitment team and client needs

Education, License, Certifications, Experience Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience and/or training; or equivalent
