Human Resources Recruiter 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Sanford, FL 32771 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, confidentiality and training development. This position requires a proactive approach to managing HR processes and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead generation, pre-screening, and follow-up for physicians, mid-level practitioners, and other candidates in designated specialties. Medical terminology needs it. Manage onboarding for all employees and extend job offers professionallymanaging Use recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ADP, etc.) and track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ADP). Conduct telephone screenings, in-person interviews, and assist with credentialing documentation, in a fast-paced environment. complying with different task simoultaneously Identify healthcare recruitment trends and develop innovative strategies. Attend job fairs, orientations, and collaborate with residency/fellowship programs. Liaise with temporary staffing agencies and track communication and updates. Support recruitment strategies and collaborate with Credentialing and Medical Directors. Coordinate community and site visits for candidates, ensuring engagement post-visit. Promote a positive organizational image and ensure compliance.

Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience may substitute for education).

Experience:

3+ years in physician recruitment or related activities.

Skills:

Confidentiality, healthcare recruiting knowledge, excellent interpersonal/communication/organizational skills, teamwork, multitasking, and proficiency with Windows software. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and clinical knowledge are a plus.

Reporting & Physical Requirements:

Report to HR Manager/Director. Local travel and prolonged computer usage may be required.
