A day in the life:

Partner with clients to develop and drive recruitment strategiesSource resumes for engineering, information technology andprofessional opportunities Connect with applicants and potentialcandidates to identify talent and build pipelines Mine for topperformers in both traditional and unexpected places Travel tocolleges and community networking events to promote employmentbrand Recruit and interview qualified candidates and submit toappropriate client opportunities Build candidate and clientrelationships through extensive interaction and diligent follow upWrite job descriptions and post job ads Negotiate and presentemployment offers and initiate pre-employment process Provide HRmanagement support as needed for contract employees What you’llneed: Engineering or technical background Discovery skills to findthe client needs behind the qualification bullet points Interviewsavvy to uncover the talent and potential buried in resume textRelentless approach to daily work and the grit to see it throughProven ability to interact professionally and authentically withclients and candidates Competitive spirit and roll-up-your-sleevesattitude Exceptional organization and time management skills Wework for you.
