We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agentswith potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuringthat each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has thenecessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via coldcalling, emailing, networking events, or other forms ofcommunication to round out our real estate sales team
• Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new realestate team members
• Give regular presentations on the success of recruitingtactics
• Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendationsand managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed asthings progress, and following up with candidates who are notselected
• Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensureconfidentiality and the ability to pull their informationthroughout the recruitment process
• Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalableand ensures each candidate meets our criteria

Qualifications:

• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solidwriting abilities as well
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, insidesales, or similar field
• Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
