Salary Range:
$23-31+/HR based on experience
Hours:
Monday•Thursday daytime hours with Fridays ending at 3pm
Contract Length:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in recruiting or sourcing roles
Skills:
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite Expertise in social networking, job boards, and online sourcing tools Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will: Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs based on attrition rates, business growth, and retirements Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to maintain staffing levels and support new or expanding programs Conduct market research and provide insights on labor market conditions Represent the organization’s values and career opportunities to potential candidates Utilize an intake process with hiring managers to establish recruitment plans and service level agreements (SLAs) Source, recruit, and screen candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational culture Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience Prepare salary offers, sign-on bonuses, and relocation agreements while anticipating and managing counter offers Maintain knowledge of benefits, incentives, and company policies to address candidate inquiries Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system Oversee Talent Acquisition Coordinators to facilitate interview scheduling and onboarding activities 4CR3
