- Join our dynamic team as a Executive Search Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership of client organizations and our own company.
This is a role requiring a blend of intellectual curiosity, a results-driven approach, and expertise in in-depth research, proactive executive candidate sourcing, and strategic talent advisory and recruitment. You will identify, attract, and engage exceptional, often passive, executive-level talent for critical leadership positions, serving as a trusted market expert who provides valuable insights and strategic guidance in partnership with the Director of Global Executive Search.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Search & Market Intelligence
- + Partner with Hiring Managers to define the strategic objectives, requirements, and nuances of executive-level search assignments.
+ Develop and execute comprehensive research strategies to map target industries, companies, and functional domains. + Identify, profile, and evaluate key executives and potential candidates using online tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, industry directories), networking, and proprietary resources. + Create comprehensive target lists (long lists) of potential candidates and source companies. + Gather and analyze market intelligence on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to inform search strategy and provide strategic advice to stakeholders. + Maintain the integrity of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / CRM by ensuring accurate and current candidate and company data.
- Proactive Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- + Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray searching, etc.
) to identify and engage passive executive talent. + Develop and deliver compelling outreach messaging to engage senior-level candidates and cultivate interest in opportunities. + Conduct thorough initial screening calls/interactions to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and alignment with search criteria. + Develop and maintain active pipelines of high-potential executive talent to address current and future hiring needs. + Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective candidates, serving as a credible and knowledgeable representative of the company/client. + Track and analyze sourcing activity and effectiveness, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Talent Consulting & Strategy
- + Act as a subject matter expert on talent availability, sourcing challenges, and market conditions for specific executive searches, providing expert guidance to the team.
+ Collaborate in the development of detailed position specifications and candidate profiles. + Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings, candidate pipelines, and market insights for Hiring Managers. + Foster effective collaboration within the broader search team to ensure a seamless and efficient search process.
- Strategic Partner to Executive Recruitment Global Director
- + Provide full life cycle recruitment support, as needed, for roles critical to Senior Executive Leadership. + Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all activities. + Develop and maintain specialized talent pipelines to support executive succession planning, in collaboration with Talent Management.

Minimum Requirements:
- + Requires a Bachelors degree and minimum of 10 years of experience in executive search, talent sourcing, or executive recruitment, with a strong focus on identifying and engaging senior level/executive talent. Or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
