Primary Responsibilities:

Support the execution of full-cycle recruitment under the direction of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Coordinate with hiring managers to post and maintain job listings on various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, company website, etc.). Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Screen resumes and assist in identifying qualified applicants based on established job criteria. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Track and maintain applicant data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist with job fairs and recruiting events in coordination with the talent acquisition team. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies. Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience recruiting for blue-collar roles Ability to work well on a team and collaborate cross-functionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or HR software. Physical Demands Must be able to perform multiple tasks and can handle the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to, standing, walking, prolonged periods of sitting, and lifting at least 25lbs.
