Hours 8:00am-5:00pm Monday – Friday. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package! Starting pay is $19.00 an hour (weekly pay via direct deposit) plus weekly and monthly bonuses.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience or familiarity with staffing for light industrial, eCommerce, distribution, or warehouse environments.
• Great phone etiquette.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish!
• Computer savvy Responsibilities include: Posting jobs online to attract and source candidates Social Media Management Timely follow-up with responders to start the interview process.

This includes:

sharing information about our company, the job, responsibilities, and shifts. Warm calls to potential clients on a daily/weekly basis Conducting new hire orientation including application instruction, data entry of demographics, background checks, and drug test administration.
