Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Processor to join our team. As a Processor, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to recruiting drivers. This is a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review employment applications and consumer reports using Tenstreet
• Upload required documents for applicants into Tenstreet system
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to support recruitment efforts
• Completing previous employment verifications via various methods such as phone, email, fax, etc.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is preferred
• Experience using Tenstreet system is preferred
• Document filing experience is a plus
• Previous employment verification experience preferred
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent phone skills
