Role:
The HR Recruiter will play a vital role in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers and administrative staff while assisting with various office operations. This role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to communication and compliance. You will be a key part of ensuring our workforce is qualified, prepared, and aligned with our mission of compassionate care.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of Human Resources or recruiting experience Proficient with technology and comfortable using HR/payroll software Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented, customer-service mindset Preferred experience with Medicaid waiver programs , GA DCH regulations , and Medicare/Medicaid home care compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation Conduct new hire training on policies, procedures, and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems Schedule and track CPR/First Aid certifications and background checks (GCHEXS, fingerprints, etc.) Enter and maintain employee data in ATS, payroll, and scheduling systems Oversee office document compliance; audit, upload, and publish forms in company software Monitor and confirm daily scheduling and payroll data Support the Regional Manager with task sheets, schedule calendars, and documentation Handle employee terminations and ensure timely processing of exit documentation Maintain office supply inventory and manage administrative support needs Attend internal meetings and assist with on-call rotation as needed Ensure all staff follow company procedures and meet documentation deadlines If you’re an HR professional who thrives in a mission-based environment and wants to help grow a team that’s changing lives— apply today and grow your career with us!
