We empower families to choose their caregivers through Medicaid waiver programs—and we’re looking for a passionate Junior HR Recruiter to help grow our team.

What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for caregivers and staff Conduct onboarding and new hire training Ensure HR and compliance documentation is up to date Support scheduling, payroll, and office operations

What You Need:

1+ year of high-volume call center or recruiting experience Strong customer support and phone etiquette skills Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and stay organized Enjoys dynamic, fast-paced work environments Tech-savvy with HR/payroll systems
