RINCON,GA Position Purpose:
Satisfy clients by filling orders in an accurate and timely manner. To assist the office in achieving financial goals by selecting, recruiting directing, and maintaining a staff of qualified temporary employees. Support customer service function of the office by making sales and follow-up calls to assigned clients. Duties/Responsibilities –
Essential Functions:
Maintain a staff of qualified temporaries to ensure that QC Management provides the high quality, and timely service.
- Identify staffing requirements of the office’s client base.
- Review all past orders to gain an understanding of all needs and skill requirements.
- Gather information regarding clients’ future plans or projects and documents for appropriate and timely follow up.
- Develop and maintain recruiting resources to include centers of influence to fill staffing requirements.
- Draft and submit for approval appropriate advertisements.
- Conduct in office recruiting calls.
- Pre-qualify, interview and evaluate/test all qualified applicants.
- Review evaluations with applicants; discuss how office and applicants will work together or what other options they may give to enhance their skills.
- Perform reference checks to verify candidates’ experience and employment history.
- Sole discretion in determining whether or not individuals/applicants will be hired.
- Assign appropriate temporary staff to fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain contact with temporaries on assignment as well as those not on assignment in order to proactively handle problems, maintain productive employee/employer relationships and increase sales. Provide the highest level of customer service for clients.
- Perform required telemarketing calls to market existing temporaries to clients and prospects and qualify accounts.
- Coordinate all prospect/client inquiries and problems by defining issues and responding in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure that temporary assignments are accurate by obtaining detailed requirements from the client, accurately assessing needs and job functions, duties and responsibilities.
- Conduct follow-up service calls with clients who have Trucadence employees on assignment with them.
- Assist with the local direct mail efforts.
- Conduct prospect and client tours of the Trucadence/QCManagement facility; discuss Trucadence/QCManagemen programs and operational procedures.
- Perform Extension calls according to an established schedule.
- Maintain through and accurate documentation on all client and temporary employees’ interaction.
- Make client service calls to assigned accounts to communicate new services, and assist in planning for staffing requirements.
- Accompany Account Manager on facility tours as necessary to properly match temporaries, review safety issues, and increase sales. q Support the office’s financial operations by ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Perform research on market pay and bill rates for use in setting temporary salaries and charges to the client; assists in establishing pay and bill rates.
- Assign temporaries in accordance with established pay and/or contract bill rates.
- Ensure correct Workers Compensation Codes and Rates are used in factoring Pay and Bill rates.
- Select and assign appropriate temporaries to maximize gross margin and minimize training/promotional discounts.
- Complete all employee data and payroll adjustments in a timely manner to ensure proper processing.
- Mail or distribute all payroll checks in accordance with the office’s procedures.
- Request or provide any advance or replacement paychecks in accordance with the procedures.
- Provide necessary data to appropriate processing center for benefit administration, up to and including data entry of payroll information.
- Collect all necessary credit references for new clients in accordance with procedure.
- Make collection calls on aged receivables as necessary. Maintain thorough and accurate records for all of the above responsibilities.
- Follow-up promptly on all unemployment claims.
- Follow proper Safety/Workers Compensation policies as outlined in the Risk Manual. q Manage the everyday operational aspects of the office to ensure that the atmosphere is professional and supports a successful organization.
- Answer phones in a prompt, timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain inventory of all supplies; ensure that the office equipment is in good working order, and that the facility is professional in appearance and environment.
- Maintain Trucadence/QCManagemen manuals by inputting all procedural updates in a timely manner.
- Help ensure compliance with Trucadence/QCManagemen office procedures and all State, Federal, and local laws and regulations in hiring, termination, pay and other employment decisions.
- Ensure no
EEOC/ADA
laws are being violated, in conjunction with client requests.
- Advise clients of
EEOC/ADA
laws.
