SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
As a Recruiter you will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
PAY:
$17- $20/hour plus monthly commission and other monthly bonuses. In this role, you will: Screen applications and identify qualified candidates Schedule interviews and assist with preparing interview questions and other selection materials Collaborate with hiring managers and/or HR during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other key details Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies based on the position, industry trends, and organizational needs Develop, facilitate, and manage all phases of the recruitment process Leverage your sales experience to promote job opportunities, effectively “selling” roles to top talent and aligning candidate goals with company needs We’re looking for candidates who have: Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong organizational and multitasking skills A confident, persuasive communication style and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike
