Location Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060. Job Summary Responsible for the development and implementation of outreach, admissions activities, and strategies to attract and manage assigned recruitment territory. Arranges and attends high school and two-year college fairs and makes high school visits as assigned. Works with parents, students, faculty, and staff as needed and advises leadership in identifying recruitment opportunities. May collaborate on the creation of marketing and communication collateral geared toward the assigned territory. Responsibilities 1. Researches, plans, and executes recruitment plans in assigned territories 2. Promotes the university¿s academic offerings by managing a recruitment territory consisting of high schools in and out of the state; attends targeted fairs, schedules onsite and offsite visits 2. Responds to student inquiries by working the front desk, responds to assigned work tickets and email inquiries from students 3. Handles complaint and error investigations into individual cases managed through the CRM system 4. Maintains proper knowledge of the services and programs in order to properly counsel and advise potential students seeking admission 5. Assists with the planning, implementation and execution of special promotional activities and events (i.e., on and off campus events or advising, Open House programs) 6. Identifies the appropriate geographical markets and assess comprehensive enrollment program trends 7. Serves as a liaison to various campus departments to include coordinating training and scheduling 8. Provides admissions and information session coverage on both campuses as needed 9. Advises prospective-students individually and in groups regarding admission requirements 10. Assists prospective students with degree and course selection 11. Assists prospective students with navigating the university¿s academic and co-curricular landscape 12. Works with faculty and staff on communication, advisement and academic counseling related to the general admission requirements for the university or college 13. May assist with training front desk student assistants Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education in related field Other Required Qualifications Current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license Required Experience One (1) year of related work experience Preferred Qualifications An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field Previous experience in higher education Bilingual (English and Spanish) with a high level of proficiency in each language Proposed Salary The minimum of the salary range is $41,820.
