Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires. Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications to ensure alignment with company needs. Provide insights on market trends and candidate feedback to improve recruitment strategies.
