Do you want to make a difference in people’s lives? We are seeking experienced healthcare recruiters for a nationally recognized Level I Trauma Hospital. You will be responsible for finding and placing healthcare professionals into jobs at hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, etc. You will work with a wide range of positions—from doctors to nurses to physical therapists and also sourcing for non-clinical positions —and you will help ensure that these professionals are placed in an environment where they can do their best work.

Responsiblities:

Interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications and interest in the position
Representing client interests by negotiating with candidates to reach agreement on compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment
Coordinating the administrative aspects of hiring new employees, including processing paperwork, verifying credentials, and scheduling orientations
Reviewing applicants’ resumes and interviewing applicants for open positions
Identifying prospective candidates for jobs based on client requests and job requirements
