This role involves sourcing candidates through social media, job boards, networking, and referrals, and conducting initial screenings. This role can pay anywhere from 30-35/hr depending on experience level. Understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques Able and wanting to work on manual/repetitive tasks and able to support organizations that have not yet outlined a TA/HR processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
