Job Description The Recruiter will identify and engage top talent for various roles. This role involves sourcing candidates through social media, job boards, networking, and referrals, and conducting initial screenings. This role can pay anywhere from 30-35/hr depending on experience level. Understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques Able and wanting to work on manual/repetitive tasks and able to support organizations that have not yet outlined a TA/HR processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
