On Site Recruiter 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars 351 Thornton Road, Lithia Springs, GA 30122 PPS is currently searching to identify and hire an On-Site Recruiter to represent PPS and manage the staffing orders and fulfillment of various accounts, based in Villa Rica, GA. Position Title:
On-Site Recruiter Pay:
$18-$20 Per Hour Based on Experience! About the position Recruit, hire, on-board, and assign temporary employees to work on assignments at the various customer locations. Provide outstanding customer service in meeting and exceeding their staffing needs. Build strong business relationships by working closely with customer contacts. Ensure that all coordination, follow-up and supportive tasks are completed on time to meet customer expectations. Consistently maintain updates in internal CRM and Employee database software system on a daily basis. Coordinate efficient and effective daily shift arrival, managing and assisting payroll, generating accurate and timely reports regarding headcount per shift, paid hours, fill-rates, other tracking. Position Requirements Summary Must be a people person. Must enjoy interacting with people and be an excellent communicator. Must have a strong sense of urgency and be very self-motivated. Must have strong PC skills, outlook, excel, work, etc. Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule to include early morning activities, late afternoon follow-ups, and weekend initiatives when required or necessitated. 2 years of experience in the temporary staffing industry would be a real plus! Knowledge and experience in Human Resources, Customer Service OR Account Management are desired. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
