Jr. Staffing Consultant 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Cumming, GA 30040 Job Overview The Jr. Staffing Consultant is responsible for identifying, engaging with, and nurturing both potential clients and qualified candidates for our talent agency. This role is crucial for building relationships, generating leads, and ultimately assisting in securing new business and placing candidates successfully. This dynamic role involves a mix of outbound sales, relationship management, lead generation, and candidate sourcing activities.

Responsibilities Client Acquisition:

Actively identify and pursue new client opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms Lead Generation (Clients): Develop and implement effective strategies to generate client leads and build a pipeline of potential business. Utilize marketing tools and techniques to reach a wider audience and attract potential clients.

Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Relationship Building (Candidates): Build rapport with candidates, understanding their career goals and preferences. Provide timely updates on job opportunities and application status. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Onboarding (Clients and Candidates): Guide new clients and placed candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Collect and process necessary documentation, and provide support to clients and candidates. Establish clear communication channels and expectations for ongoing collaboration.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with clients and candidates, providing accurate and timely information. Respond promptly to inquiries, addressing their needs with professionalism and expertise. Present information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.

Reporting:

Track and report on outreach activities, client and candidate interactions, and results. Provide regular updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Additional Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse individuals.

Adaptability and resilience:

Ability to handle challenges and setbacks with a positive mindset.

Sales and Recruitment experience:

Proven track record of successfully generating leads, acquiring clients, and sourcing candidates.
