Bilingual Recruiter iStaffing Inc Atlanta, GA 30358 We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting for light industrial, clerical, and skilled positions. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while managing payroll and injury reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for light industrial, clerical, and skilled roles. Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability. Manage high-volume staffing needs, filling multiple positions quickly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of job orders, candidate placements, and client needs. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely submission for temporary staff. Handle injury reports and workers’ compensation claims in compliance with company policies. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements. Collaborate with the branch team to meet staffing goals and exceed client expectations. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during the hiring and employment processes. Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, resolving issues promptly. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, particularly in light industrial, clerical, and skilled positions. Familiarity with payroll processing and handling injury reports. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
