Contract Talent Sourcer Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Job Description An employer is looking for a highly skilled contract talent sourcer to join one of our largest national general contractor clients to fill in for an employee on leave. Currently this role is slated to be 30-60 days in duration but could extend longer depending on their budget and your performance. In this role you’ll be using tools like Indeed and LinkedIn to identify candidates for recruiters to then screen for open roles internally. In order to be successful on this ream you must have prior experience sourcing and/or recruiting and have strong and proactive communication, both internally with leaders and team members, and externally with candidates. • Ability to commute to their office in Atlanta 4 days per week / WFH on Fridays
• Prior experience using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed to source candidates
