  • to join our team. This position is responsible forcompleting the full cycle recruitment and compliance processes for leadership openings according to the company’s policies and procedures. As a part of this team, you will be solely responsible for reviewing all resumes and screening all applicants for all open positions within your assigned area/territory.

  • + Bachelor’s degree + Minimum of 7 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting managing 10-25 healthcare leadership openings preferably + Able to manage 10-25 leadership openings + A proven track record of being a top performer in a metrics driven environment + Proficient in recruiting technology (i.

e., Boolean searches) and tools (i.e., Indeed, Linkedin, texting software) + Strong cold calling and networking experience + Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders + Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
