The Role:

Business Development:

Build and manage a portfolio of clients in the Animal Health industry. Understand their hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Talent Acquisition:

Identify, source, and recruit top-tier candidates through strategic methods including cold calling, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure lasting success and repeat business.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Genetics, Engineering, etc.). Professional background in Animal Health or Veterinary industry. Strong sales acumen and/or experience in high-volume phone-based roles. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset. Eagerness to learn and excel in a new industry.
