This position reports to the Nursing Academic Manager and collaborates with the nursing faculty to identify strategies for student retention. In this position, you will also develop and host concept-based workshops to help students develop critical thinking skills and clinical judgement. The Nursing Academic Specialist is an on-site role that reports to South College, Atlanta Campus, Monday – Friday with weekend and evening support as necessary. Responsibilities Support instruction, remediation, and evaluation in didactic concepts Demonstrate accurate knowledge of concepts tested by the NCLEX-RN and

Requirements:

Education & Licensure Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Unencumbered RN License BLS CPR Certification Experience One-year experience in an academic setting, strongly preferred Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, virtually, and in person Mastery of ATI
