Description
Post jobs through internal and external databases, using advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates.
This includes researching and implementing alternative recruiting strategies – licensure lists, targeting residencies, fellowships, physician sourcing platforms (Health eCareers, Doximity), society and journal websites, social media engagement, etc.
Responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing physician candidates for difficult-to-fill specialties. Use creativity to create effective job advertisements and market placement strategies for open opportunities. Conduct thorough phone screens (CQL’s) with attention to detail and prompt follow-up. Update the internal physician pipeline database with recruitment-related activity enterprise-wide. Collaborate with the Physician Recruiters on recruitment strategies for assigned specialties. Act as a consultant on healthcare recruiting trends and various recruiting activities.
This includes building partnerships with various levels of management and departments to support recruiting needs.
It also includes providing ongoing status updates and reports to leadership on recruitment progress.
This includes holding ongoing meetings with departments and mapping weekly pipeline progress to continually assess targeted recruiting efforts and market placement.
Maintain current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and recruitment best practices to identify, develop and implement sourcing strategies for candidate generation. Back-up support for Physician Recruiters.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and three years experience or a Master’s degree in business, public health, or Healthcare Administration Must have previous experience writing and implementing marketing/sales plans Must have previous experience in physician relations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous healthcare/clinical recruitment experience is highly preferred. Proven record of accomplishment in executing successful recruitment strategies. Knowledge of general recruiting practices and procedures. Effective communication and candidate database skills.
