Role:
As our Provider Liaison , you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with providers across our network. You’ll be the bridge between our organization and healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth communication, onboarding, and long-term satisfaction. From introducing new providers to our network to nurturing existing partnerships, your work will be essential to the success and growth of our provider ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
Proactively identify and recruit new chiropractic and medical providers to join our network Build and maintain strong relationships with existing providers Serve as the main point of contact for provider-related communication and support Collaborate with internal teams to ensure providers receive a seamless onboarding experience Gather feedback and insights from providers to support continuous improvement Represent our organization professionally at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
Who You Are:
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Experienced in relationship management, business development, or provider relations (healthcare experience a plus!) Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Passionate about healthcare and improving access to quality care
