About the Role Roofstock is seeking a talented and proactive Recruiter to partner with our leaders across various departments with experience hiring Operations (mix of non-exempt and exempt workforce). You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across various departments with a focus, mostly on domestic roles but with experience also supporting international hiring as well. You will partner closely with both internal stakeholders and candidates through creative hiring strategies and strong communication skills that result in a high impact on our business operations. Responsibilities Execute and manage full-cycle recruiting: strategically partner with operational hiring leaders source, screen, and schedule candidates analyze interview data own closing and offer process ensure smooth onboarding through People Operations partnership Establish and maintain trusting relationships cross-functional partners across Talent & Culture, Strategic Finance, Legal, and others Deliver qualified, diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships internally and externally Contribute ideas toward the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, inclusive hiring strategies, and best practices Qualifications 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (or a mix of corporate/agency experience) 2+ years start-up experience required 3+ years experience working with a company size of 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforce Experience identifying, engaging and closing direct and passive candidates Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Strong time management in handling multiple priorities, managing hiring initiatives, and meeting deadlines Possess a data driven mindset Strong proficiency with Greenhouse ATS required Experience working in G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, Macbooks Location Hybrid in Oakland, CA (if within 50 miles of Greater Oakland are, there is a hybrid expectation to be in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays weekly) Other in-market remote locations: Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA Competitive & Unique Benefits Package Generous PTO Policy 13 Paid Holidays Volunteer Time Off Paid Parental Leave 401k Program Wellness and home office/cell phone subsidies Robust health, dental, vision insurance, and more Must be authorized to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment and we are unable to sponsor H1-B Visas at this time.
