Job Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail recruitment and possess exceptional multitasking skills. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of positions within the retail sector. This role requires someone who’s confident making quick decisions, adept at communicating over the phone, and skilled with tools like Excel to manage data and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail positions. Source and screen candidates using various platforms and strategies. Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for the roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers when needed. Make quick, informed hiring decisions. Maintain and update recruitment data in Excel for multiple site locations. Build strong relationships with workers and site leads for projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the retail industry. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Comfortable conducting phone interviews and communicating with candidates. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting. Ability to make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
