The successful Recruiter will closely partner with our HR Director and hiring managers, and proactively identify future hiring needs. The successful Recruiter also will attract candidates using various sources, inlcuding databases and social media networks. Our ideal recruiter has solid experience in screening, interviewing and assessing clinical and non-clinical candidates. Ultimately, the Recruiter is accountable for ensuring that we attract, hire and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities & Duties Develop, facilitate and execute overall recruitment strategy, incorporating recruiting best practices. Develop and update, in consultation with HR Director and hiring managers, job descriptions and specifications. Create recruitment materials and post open positions on appropriate job boards and social networks. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. Screen candidate resumes and conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates within schedule. Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and competencies. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to HR Director. Act as a key point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Qualifications & Skills Three years of prior in-house recruiting experience, managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process. BS/MS in Human Resources management or related field. Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective sourcing strategies for a variety of roles. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (telephone, structured, competency-based, etc.). Proven experience onboarding new employees, including verifying experience, licensure and educational credentials. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
