Our client is currently seeking a hybrid Sr. Construction Recruiter Senior Construction Recruiter About the Job We are seeking a Senior Construction Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring top construction talent, supporting general construction, Mission Critical (data centers, high-security builds), and Facilities Maintenance . You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify high-performing candidates aligned with our culture and values. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for project managers, superintendents, engineers, and field staff. Develop strategic sourcing plans with hiring managers based on workforce needs. Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry events. Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations . Ensure a positive candidate experience reflecting company values. Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track metrics, improve processes, and report hiring outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to refine hiring strategies. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in construction or skilled trades . Strong understanding of construction roles, terminology, and industry dynamics . Proven success in full-cycle recruiting , preferably in a high-growth or project-based environment. Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, or similar). Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
