Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner Whataburger – MTOH Atlanta, GA Our Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration. This role partners closely with hiring managers, operational leaders, and external partners to understand staffing needs and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies. Made to Order Holdings, LLC (also referred to as “MTOH”) is a licensed Franchisee for Whataburger and has the exclusive right to develop and operate restaurants in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Made to Order Holdings will develop 80+ units over the next five to seven years with 10 stores open to date and plans to acquire additional territories in the surrounding areas. This venture will bring one of the most iconic QSR brands to the state of Georgia.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience 3+ years’ Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles Oversee onboarding and support operational hires to ensure smooth integration Manage offboarding for all employees Post job openings and manage sourcing through agencies and job boards Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and handle candidate communication Conduct background and reference checks and ensure documentation is complete in the HR system Support workforce planning and identify high-potential talent for development Lead or assist in special HR and talent projects, as assigned This Position Description does not contain an exhaustive list of all roles, activities, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the position.
