This position provides high-quality, strategic, and tactical recruitment support in a timely and effective manner. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. Success in this role requires both creative and strategic thinking to identify, attract, evaluate, and secure top talent.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform full-cycle recruitment duties by writing descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, interviewing candidates, extending job offers, etc. Maintain personal and email communication via ATS (UKG Pro) to engage candidates in application and interview process to maintain positive first experience with the SIS Assist in building a diverse candidate pipeline for assigned positions. Perform proactive direct sourcing to identify candidates by utilizing company leads, referrals, industry contacts, networking events, and internet sourcing. (LinkedIn, Twitter, and etc.). Utilize our internal applicant tracking system(UKG Pro) to review resumes and send preemployment assessments. Review and analyze pre-employment assessment results to determine job fit Schedule interviews for yourself and Director, Talent Acquisition based on calendar availability Perform background and education investigation and verification, as well as reference verification. Set proper expectations and negotiate salary and employment contracts. Cultivate relationships with internal SIS Managers to understand needs of the team to ensure positive placements Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of daily activity for Recruiting Metrics. Maintaining a strong sense of enthusiasm and positivity in all candidate interactions. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Experience in ASC, Revenue Cycle Service, or Healthcare IT preferred Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably UKG Pro) Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Excellent time management and follow-through skills Skilled in sourcing passive candidates through online platforms and social media Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Must have a minimum of 40Mbps internet download speed to effectively run SIS Systems
