What This Role Is As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Junior Recruiter, you are the central hub for the Talent Acquisition team. You will work with the Talent Acquisition team managing various recruiting needs. This position will partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and engage top prospects for our positions. Our goal is to make sure the sourcing pipeline is functioning as smooth as possible. This role requires you to understand the recruitment process, but you will be focused on maintaining sourcing and ensuring that the day-to-day details are taken care of. Your responsibility is to help our team work effectively and efficiently. What You’ll Bring To The Table To be successful in this role requires a high level of empathy. Our team is rapidly growing, so you’ll need to stay organized with the variety of tasks and make sure that everything is completed on time. As you can imagine, this role has a lot of moving parts. You will need to stay calm under pressure and help resolve any issues that might come up. Some Details About What You’ll Do Engaging candidates through a variety of sourcing techniques, including job board postings, social media marketing, resume mining, targeted search methods, referrals, and networking Maintaining ownership of openings by posting requisitions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and sourcing Coordinate day-to-day logistical and administrative responsibilities including reports. Building and Developing Pipelines Creating Custom Sourcing Strategies Assist candidates with any questions to provide a positive candidate experience. Work on other Talent Acquisition projects as needed Maintaining ownership of openings by posting requisitions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and sourcing Experience and Education Requirements 2 years+ relevant recruiting experience preferred. Proven work experience as a Talent Coordinator or similar role Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) Solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates Effective time-management abilities Desired Skills You need to be detail-oriented and be able to manage many tasks at one time. You have an understanding of how to schedule and organize meetings, events and interviews. You need to have a strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products. Bring a positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks as they come up.
