Job Summary:

As a Recruiter/ Sales Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by attracting top talent, fostering client relationships, and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates. This position combines recruiting expertise, inside sales strategies, and staffing solutions to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and techniques. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Match candidates to client needs by evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct onboarding processes and ensure candidates are prepared for assignments.

Inside Sales:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and client visits. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. Achieve sales goals by effectively promoting our services and negotiating contracts. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Staffing:

Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and develop effective staffing strategies. Coordinate the placement of qualified candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles. Monitor job performance and client satisfaction throughout the assignment. Manage a database of client and candidate information to ensure accuracy and compliance.

We like to see:

1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales/recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Why Join Us?
