PRIMARY ROLE

Position Summary The Recruiter position is responsible for executing recruitment strategies passed down from the HR Manager, delivering the developed recruitment process, and providing guidance and support to our hiring teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions in the manufacturing industries.

JOB EXPECTATIONS

Main Responsibilities Essential Tasks Run a paperless recruiting function. Look for automated solutions Read and review hundreds of resumes each day. Make contact by email or phone with candidates and hiring managers.

Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks, providing feedback to applicants Develop job postings and manage job boards Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs, to promote the company Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes Any and all other assignments assigned by management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education and Experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or a related field 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry Proficiency with MS Office applications specifically excel and word. Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software Knowledge of employment laws and best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Able to multitask and prioritize effectively Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with high expectations. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization Must have the ability to keep Confidential information- CONFIDENTIAL

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Physical Requirements Equipment & Machines Office/manufacturing facility – climate-controlled office; dirt/dust temperature fluctuation when in manufacturing environment. Noise level is usually moderate. Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.
