Admin/Recruiter 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars 130 Distribution Drive, McDonough, GA 30252 We are seeking a motivated administrator/recruiter to join our leadership team in McDonough, GA. Our operation is great for new administrator/recruiters; we have no problem teaching and training you for the role here on site. Having prior experience with administrator/recruiter roles is ideal but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
Posting ads Scheduling and conducting interviews Obtaining and verifying hiring documents. Sending and checking onboarding emails Conducting a basic orientation for new hires
Administration:
Data entry (Entering attendance and timecards) Office organization
Requirements:
Computer experience (General websites, Office Word and Excel) Organizational skills (Be able to maintain an applicant tracker for interviews and new hires) Attention to detail (Checking for typos and expired documents) Willingness to learn (We are always looking to be better and try new things to be more efficient)
