  • ‎•We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to identify, engage, and onboard top-tier talent for key leadership positions across our 3PL vertical.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and business acumen to drive meaningful impact within our organization. In this role, you will focus on recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles such as Operations Managers, HR Business Partners, Finance Leaders, and Department Heads. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week, with occasional on-site collaboration at our offices in Texas, California, New Jersey, and Georgia.

  • + Manage independently full-cycle recruiting processes within dedicated job categories for Kuehne + Nagel + Act as the main contact person for all involved parties – Hiring Manager, HR Generalist, Interviewers and Candidates + Partner with the inhouse Talent Sourcer/s on identifying talent for the open reqs and on defining strategic talent pools + Contact passive candidates to inform them about employment possibilities with Kuehne + Nagel and convert them into applicants + Meet all goals related to key staffing metrics including time-to-fill, applicant conversion rate, and turnover, among others as applicable + Use resources and develop sourcing strategies to quickly fill positions with quality candidates + Conduct initial application reviews and phone screen candidates to assess qualifications + Cultivate trusted working relationships with hiring managers and Human Resources •What we would like you to bring•2-3 years in-house or agency recruitment experience ideally in high-volumes logistics, supply chain or manufacturing environment Experienced at managing simultaneously multiple hiring projects for diverse and complex roles on time and with the highest quality possible Proven success in building and cultivating an excellent relationship with her internal (hiring managers and HRBPs) and external (candidates, vendors) stakeholders Strong follow-up and consultative skills Technology savvy and a creative mindset that is not afraid to challenge the status quo and improve the team’s ability to succeed •What’s in it for you•There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
