The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strong understanding of various recruiting strategies, including executive recruiting and internal recruiting, as well as exceptional employee relations skills. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in enhancing our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including contract roles and executive-level positions. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract top talent. Conduct thorough employee evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and fit within the company culture. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position. Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Lever and Paychex to streamline the recruitment process. Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company. Provide training development resources for employees to enhance their skills and career growth. Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on contract and executive recruiting preferred. Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and employee relations best practices. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Lever and Paychex. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in recruitment processes.
