Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Monitor employee attendance and performance; deliver coaching or corrective action when necessary
• Partner with clients to assess and plan for current and future staffing needs
• Conduct on-site visits with clients as needed
• Accurately document applicant and client data in our system
• Lead new hire orientations and training sessions
