Department Information Turner College of Business Responsibilities Significant Duties & Responsibilities include: Responsible for Turner College student recruitment – Plans and runs recruiting efforts for college, with significant amount of recruiting effort allocated to Center for Cybersecurity. College point of contact for Discovery Days, Admitted Student Days, ROAR Orientations, Graduate Open Houses, Nexus Cyber Info Sessions, Graduate Info Sessions, High School Group tours. Assists College walk-in visitors and admission tour students, recruiting fairs, military events, non-CSU career fairs.; Coordinates Turner College Marketing efforts – Works with University Admissions to create program-specific targeting email campaigns. Develops and maintains Turner College marketing materials (brochures, posters, flyers, posters, and banners). Hires and trains marketing intern. Manages college’s social media platforms.; Supports Turner College’s Student Engagement activities – College contact person for Center for Career Design. Hires, trains and leads Turner College Ambassadors to help with recruiting efforts. Leads New Student Orientations for incoming business and computer science students. Hosts Graduate New Student Orientations.; Develops and maintains partnerships with K-12 schools in region – Connects with high school computer science & business teachers, counselors, and CTAE directors to engage high school students with CSU before graduation from high school. Leads and coordinates “Day in College” field visits. Coordinates high school classroom visits with professors. Educates about dual enrollment opportunities. Provides opportunities for college mentors for students.; Provides support to Turner College as needed – Supports the administrative team, that consists of the Dean, Associate Dean, Department Chairs and faculty in fulfilling College goals. Works with college staff team to support student success and the successful functioning of the College.; Other duties as assigned. Proposed Salary The proposed annualized salary range for this position is $40,253 – $45,000 and includes full benefits.
