RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Candidate Management
Independently manage recruitment processes for all HTI clients.
Screen applicants based on requirements set by clients and HTI, scheduling them for orientations as needed.
Understand client job requirements and follow client specific processes.
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to grow the candidate pool.
Maintain an active pool of pre-screened candidates who have successfully completed testing, reference checks, and background checks.
Manage candidates throughout applicant life cycle from pre-screen to first day.
Ensure employee files meet quality standards and HTI’s management guidelines.
Utilize Bullhorn software to maximize recruiter efficiency by maintaining accurate records throughout the recruiting process.
Client and Event Support
Coordinate and attend job fairs to represent HTI and its clients as needed.
Collaborate with HTI and client management to meet staffing goals and timelines.
Troubleshoot recruiting challenges and propose effective resolutions.
Assist onsite at client locations, providing candidate tours, conducting interviews, and supporting first-day tasks.
Communication and Correspondence
Greet HTI applicants upon arrival, assessing their needs, and conducting instant interviews as necessary.
Manage online applications and incoming applicant phone calls, ensuring timely follow-up.
Maintain clear phone or in person communication with candidates about offers, availability, and client-specific requirements.
Update applicant files, pool candidates, and working files per HTI guidelines.
Team and Administrative Support
Participate in daily management meetings to review time-to-fill metrics and discuss critical openings with the team.
Assist the Onboarding Coordinator with conducting orientations and managing related tasks.
Participate in comprehensive training sessions, which will take place both at our local office and at the corporate office.
Perform additional team support duties as required, ensuring smooth operations.
Work Environment:
The role is performed primarily at a branch location, requiring regular interaction with associates and internal staff in the office. It also regular assistance with job fairs and onsite visits to client sites where you will interact with associates and clients in an office and/or manufacturing plant floor settings. Appropriate PPE and attire required based on client specifications.
Travel:
Travel within the assigned region is required to support branch operations and client relationships.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet-based applications.
Required High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred BA/BS degree in related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of professional work experience in a customer service/people facing role; HR, recruiting, staffing, and/or manufacturing experience a major plus.
