Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator

MAU is hiring a Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Textron, in Augusta, GA. As a Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing job requisitions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This is a 3-month, short-term contract assignment.

Required Education and Experience
2+ years of experience in human resources or customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Education
Associate degree
General Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to coordinate schedules and logistics across multiple stakeholders
Comfortable learning new systems, including applicant tracking tools (training provided)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential Functions
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and calendar alignment
Coordinate candidate travel arrangements in collaboration with BCD Travel to deliver a professional experience
Open and manage job requisitions in the applicant tracking system; training provided
Partner with the onboarding team to monitor new hire start dates and proactively communicate potential delays or issues
